Elsternwick Gardens by Milieu is a new neighbourhood created at the former home of ABC Studios in Elsternwick, Melbourne, adjacent to the Rippon Lea Estate Gardens. The display suite building, designed by Woods Bagot using Candour’s full panellised prefabrication platform, is a temporary structure designed for disassembly that emphasises the integrated connection the development will have with the gardens.
